Greece Lightning... go Greece Lightning!

The Greece Team on Mars Hill in Athens (See "My Pictures" for more photos)

Wake up, get ready... we have to be at the Bible school by 9:30 for prayer and devotionals which means walking to the metro and getting off at Omonia to wait for the other half of the team before going to the school. Today's rendez-vous/meeting, hmmmm I think it was schedueled at 11:30 with Olga... 3:30p with Qwin (pronounced "Joy")... Irene's going to ancient Corinth with us... isn't Dionysia joining up with us at the French movie? ... Katrine, we'll meet up with her on Friday... who was it who was meeting up with us for pita's...? hmmmm, oh yeah Eugenia at 11am on Thursday

Athens, Greece was wonderful! Not only was our team united in purpose (thank you to all who prayed!) and in love for one another, we also had the opportunity to meet a lot of students in Greece. It was also nice to into some non-liquid sunshine (i.e. to be somewhere where it wasn't raining). :) Overall, I am very happy of how the trip went, especially I am proud of all the students who went with us from Belgium, because they were not only in Greece, but they also were thrown into English with all of our contacts.

From sunshine to pitas, meeting up with new people to blessing Krystal who works here with SFC in Greece, seeing the university campuses to seeing the Accropolis and Mars Hill; Greece was a success. Now it is time to take all we learned back here to Belgium!
