Back to Belgium Again...

I am back in Belgium. My roommates were waiting to pick me up at the airport and we were all excited to see one another! One of the things I look forward to most here in Brussels, is just eh opportunities that I have to share and eat with my roommates and I am sad that that will soon come to an end as I need to start looking for an apartment. (Prayer is welcomed!! Nice area and apartment, 3-bed, around 800€/mo, and possibly stairs.)

Since I've been back to Belgium, I have gotten more sleep (my last days packing in the states left me and my Mom pretty tired, but we had fun), spent some good time with friends, and have gotten back into the swing of Belgian life.
Yet, looking back on my time in the states, I can say that it was amazing--I just felt like I was at home. From the moments of exploring different cities to swimming with my niece, it was timeless. (Even though I could have easily stayed another week.) Although I do miss that I do not get to see my family on a daily basis, I am excited for what lies ahead. CSM, the year-long internship, and just enjoying the friends and community that I have here. I am glad that my home is also found in Belgium.
